    I'm not 100% sure but looks like leaf miner, a small worm that tunnels inside the leaves just under the surface. They only affect the leaves and can be controlled with Neem oil or liquid soap.

    How often are you watering? Over watering can cause leaves to go yellow and drop aswell as new growth to curl up.

    I only have tap water available too. I fill up my watering cans and let them sit for 24+hrs before watering to let the chlorine dissipate. May help!

    Thanks for the input SH, I would love to be able to afford a good setup but unfortunately I need to rely on nature for the most part, actually I just need them to sprout! Good seeds hey, yeah I often wonder about my suppliers, have started sourcing from else where but haven't planted any yet...
