Fatalii's will likely not produce with temps in the 50s at least i've never had one that did.

He probably got some scorpion or 7 pot seeds not knowing what they were and grew the hottest pepper in the world.

Yeah i seem to get them too. Get them more on some plants than others. It gets worst when there's to much moisture as well. I know some folks treet their seeds with a mixture of peroxide and water but havent tried it yet.
