Ya I find that strange as well, cannabis needs lots of calcium/magnesium, and thats what those stores cater to. Are you dead set on botanicare brand? I'm pretty sure any cal/mag will do the job for you.

I've got a few plants growing well in 2gal smart pots. they have been producing quite well, just not as well as the ones in 7 gal smart pots. They also need to be watered far more than the 7gal pots. A few peppers are better than none I say.

I vote Naga Morich as well. Im just up the road from you and mine has been producing pods since may. It makes the best BBQ sauce IMHO

or buy some cal-mag and you will get results a lot faster. BER can also be caused by allowing the soil to dry out too much between waterings, which blocks calcium uptake by the plant

I have no doubt unsulphured molasses is far superior to refined white sugar, I just can't find any around here. All the molasses I can find has sulphur added. I've got 10 lbs of white sugar in the pantry, I figured why not give it a try.

especially the organic choice, i found chunks of plastic in the soil mix, not very organic if you ask me. you can use it as a base and add amendments like perlite and peat to help lighten it up, but by that point you have already spent as much money as a decent soil mix costs.

I'd add 20% perlite by volume to your soil. It'll fix that up quick. As dave stated, take the seeds out and replant.
