seeds I need a more organized "seed bank."

I have two containers. One for isolated and store bought seeds. The other for everything else. Whether bought or traded for I print labels and re-bag all my seeds. My baggies are generally smaller so they save me space. I also throw a few desiccant packets in each container.

    Cappy's Capsicum 2011

Those yellow 7s look awesome. I am really looking forward to them this season. Last season I didn't have any isolated seeds and they turned out orange.

    Josh's Plants & Pods 2011

Thanks a lot. I always look forward to the beginning of August. A nice hedge loaded with pods. I actually haven't tried them yet. I was planning on having them with dinner tomorrow (burritos) but I have to do some electrical upgrades for a new are conditioner. I will let you know after I...

    Silver_Surfer's season starts

That's cool. My father ties his up to a stake and I made a 6' tall cage for my sister. The cage is really low maintenance. The tomato grows up and over the top and then back down to the ground.

    Silver_Surfer's season starts

Man can you grow. Do you let your tomatoes sprawl? What are your plans for the squash? My sister and father have zucchini growing. We usually slice it really thin then bread and fry it.

    Josh's Plants & Pods 2011

Thanks. I originally trimmed back the hydro plant because I was starting seeds for this season and needed the room in the grow box. I moved the plant to a #3 nursery pot and stuck it in the corner of the grow box. It filled back in nicely but the new seedlings needed the space. I then moved...

    Josh's Plants & Pods 2011

Thanks. Yea I love growing in raised beds. They make everything really easy unlike containers. The plants are a little behind and thin because of my leaf removal but they should start doing their thing now. I don't know if you saw in my posts, but I have that Douglah X Scorpion cross you...

That is probably a big part of the problem. They most likely have been drowning.

    Josh's Plants & Pods 2011

Things are starting to come along here in NJ. The weather hasn't been the greatest. The rain hasn't been heavy but it has been regular. I had a bit of a bacterial leaf spot scare (or something like it, who knows). I picked off every leaf with a spot on it for several days. It appears to be...

Do the 2L bottles have drainage holes? What ratio of seed starter to compost did you mix? I would normally recommend planting them into the ground if that is an option but I don't know how long your growing season in Toronto is. I would imagine it would be beneficial for you to have them in...

    One days harvest

Very nice. I guess there will be some more vids in the near future. As others have mentioned, those yellow 7s look awesome. What was your original source?

I agree with superhot. Fatalii and chocolate habs should meet your criteria. Pictures would definitely be helpful. I believe as SS pointed out you are probably having issues with your soil and/or your watering habits. Are they growing in the ground or in containers?

AJs Trinidad Scorpion Project in Mississippi

Quite the understatement. That is awesome. Have you ever considered moving somewhere with a little more property? 1200 acres would be extreme but I can't imagine what you could do with 10 acres of good soil.

    Cappy's Capsicum 2011

Everything looks great. Your brain strain plants appear to be the tallest plants. Last year it was the tallest plant in my garden as well. The leaves were also fairly large and not as pointy as my other C. Chinense varieties. I am not growing it this season but I am sure it will pop back...
