    Please help. FISH.

wahoo a bit overwhelming???????????? That's one of the things I love about wahoo is it's flakey white very mild meat. Takes just about any kind of flavor well, whether it's blackened, herb crusted, a citrus recipe, etc....I think it's the least fishy of any fish Ive ever eaten.

    seeds Interesting observation...seedlings...

The coir was actually started and mixed in a bucket and put back into the cells. It was too tight and risky imo to do it by the instructions. I was scared it wouldn't all expand

    Are Your Fertilizers Poisoning You?

During a breast milk toxicity study, they took breast milk samples from all over the world, using the Eskimo's, that still live off of the land, as a base line for what breast milk 'should be'......come to find out, they were full of toxins from eating apex predators from the ocean. Heavy metals...

    seeds Interesting observation...seedlings...

So I am way late this year. Starting off from seed on all but four varieties. So anyway (praying for a mild fall and late winter), ANYWAY Ive been starting seeds in the Burpee Super Grow Pellets, which I THINK, dont hold me to it, are coir, as well as in the baggies in coffe filters. Well the...

media peat pucks, or rock wool?

I haven't tried rockwool. The coffee filter method is about as easy as it gets, minus the transplanting to a grow medium. Great % of germination. Also used, (I think their coir) Burpee Super Grow Pellets....no netting, work well in the small cells. Good germination results and hold whatever...

    chinense Super Bhut!!!

Yeah what's up with trade marking a plant? Corn or soy beans or grain yeah but a superhot pepper that doesn't even put a blip of noticable buisness on the economy? Maybe even a chile that is feasable for large scale consumer consumption. Even forage and hay species, anything important to the...

    Now he tells me!

Kinda on/off topic. I thought about starting a couple hundred mater plants next year organically and slapping a couple signs up at either entrance to our community and around the area and seeing what happens. Would be fun. Nothing that I would loose a ton of money on if they didn't sale. Theres...

Got a couple things...even though I am a young buck (25) that have been around for ages that still see the light of day occasionally. Got some old cast iron that sees use a good bit. Got a knife, that my babysitter (thought of her as a 3rd grandmother, my biological grandmothers were jealous of...

What do you know about dehyrators?

I use a NESCO....works fine for everything from herbs up to jerky. Sure you could go better, but unless you are in it to sell goods, NESCO will serve you fine. I think mine goes from 95F-170F?

    Please help. FISH.

Best ceviche I had was fresh spanish caught from the Cape Hatteras surf, soon as the bite shut down, filleted them, dug the ingredients out of the cooler on the truck, and then threw it all togther, back into the cooler, and ate it that after noon on the beach on garlic salteen crackers with...

    Chile uses

Yes those are good too...but Im not sure how many crowd control (SWAT guys, or the Indian equivelent) we have here making their homemade ordinances for the job lol. Very good uses, I was thinking a little more simply as far as at home, "every day" uses in culinary applications. While I haven't...
