My Aji Mango didn't grow true.  Mild fruity aroma and a massive tongue burn.  Hotter than my yellow scorpions.                    

Never was really in love with the Aji type peppers.  But I am growing out about a dozen varieties to give a try.  Tried my first Mango today without doing any research on it.   Very slight fruity aroma, I was expecting more.  The big shock was Scorpion level heat.  Pretty much all tongue burn. ...

Quite juicy too.  Skins not quite like a Nardello, but close.  

Aji Cachucha pepper. Sweet, but has a little mild heat to it. Less than a bishops hat. I was expecting a Capsicum baccatum taste, but these are Capsicum chinense. Saving the seeds...                    

Looks like my Fresno is throwing a chocolate strain.  Not sure if it will stay this color or not, but I will have to save seeds from this pod.  They grow bigger than a jalapeno, and once ripe, can be hotter.  Make a great stuffer.                  

Nebraska tomato review:   Very juicy, yet meaty at the same time.  Quite tart for a yellow tomato.  It is looking like a keeper to grow next season.                

This was suppose to be a yellow mushroom pepper.  Doesn't look right to me at all.  Grew em before and they came true.  I think this is from a packet I purchased too.  Knew it was off since the leaves look nothing like the leaves on the red mushroom.  It has a pretty good kick to it.          ...

If you use older used ties the creosote would be leached out by now.  And I believe they've gone green on that process since some time in the 80s.

Hasn't been a problem on the end of the other garden I've used it on.  

Since my middle raised bed sort of collapsed on me this year, I am thinking about using RR Ties and making the three just one new garden spot.

Cooking down all the peppers that were in the freezer.  Making room for this season's crop.                   Now reducing it after running it through the foley.          

First Aji PineApple. Has a Lemon Drop kind of aroma, only sweeter. I was expecting it to have the typical Aji bitter after taste (like an grapefruit peel may have) but it didn't. Mild heat that focused mainly on the top of the tongue. It tried to spread to the lips, but stopped at the gums.  

Made two omelets tonight.  One had a chocolate cayenne and one had a chenzo and fish pepper in it.   Cayenne I found zero heat, and the other omelet had just a hint of heat.    

Got my first ripe pods the other day.  Chenzo and Fresno.             Threw the fresno in my salad today and was impressed with the heat it had.  Didn't care that it was 100% lip burn.  Nothing bad, I just don't like lip burn.  Good flavor.
