Things I learned:
1) I suck at folding dumplings.
2) Dumplings own.
3) Dumplings are even better with peppers.

I'm super impressed by the sushi rolling. No matter how I try, I always seem to mess up the actual rolling. :(

I think I'm having a problem similar to SL's. I used a mortar and pestle on my mustard seeds to crack them and everything... and they're just not absorbing. It TASTES okay, the texture just isn't very appealing. Too gritty.
I added more liquid and cooked the mustard for a bit... and added some...

My cast of characters isn't quite as extreme.
Salt, beer, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder, mustard seeds, some hot peppers no one was able to help me identify.
