well my temp was around 225-250 not bad and i do think it was over smoked that could have something to do with it...yeah and beer sounds good over it... 1 1/2 hours and it was NOT falling all the bone... its ok i will do more soon now i know where to get them... i am looking forward to rabbit...

well i am back and i got 6 pepper plants 3 orange hab ,2 choc. hab ,and 1 red Fatalii ... i did 4 of each and only got this... well i am just glad i can get something going now .. i will have more to come later...

i was wanting to know what temp you get your brisket too ... i am cooking 1 right now... my temp is 155 center. i do 1 hr per # this one is a 15lb brisket i am on 10hr right now .... and i will have a pic or 2 later!!!

i will be putting stuff in there soon .... no need to rush into it.... i will pick the seeds out very carful this time and only have maybe 2 kind of peppers at the most 3 kinds..... i will keep you posted....
