ok last week my chocolate bhut jolokia was severly damaged in a bad wind storm we had here in mi my question is what to do with all of the unripened peppers probally about 20 of them I have 9 ripened ones was thinking of just making a mash of all of them or something I just dont kow and spent...

Wind killed my bhut I'm devastated
