Nah the roots are fine I checked them that night, I watered them with a bit of luke warm water to help warm them up a bit. The stem is a bit dark, but I think it will start producing leaves again soon.

Not really a standard to go by other than I would say watch your zone. And read up on what it says for hardiness and such.

Have you looked into fabric pots? I have gotten bigger plants in fabric pots over plastic pots of the same species, same dirt, and same feeding schedule. For someone with a lack of space that may be a good idea to look in to?
