Any idea if this is a deficiency or a illness? Having a hard time making that judgement after doing some research,
Some seem fine and new growths look ok but lots of these white indents in the leaves. Not powdery either.
Noticed a couple of my Goji are showing yellow and all of my Italian Tomato tree plants are showing yellowing. Ive isolated the plants for now and was thinking of throwing them out but the tomato plants are showing a lot of healthy new growth. Is this something fixable? Are the plants worth...
Could be the growing medium. I had a similar problem in December since the mix I made had too much peat moss. I changed to a less absorbing mix and after all the sick leaves fell off no future problems occurred. Pain in the ass but lesson learned
So I purchased a grow tent which is quite large. 4 feet deep 8 feet wide by 6.5 feet tall. I also purchased two 600 w MW bulbs and holders as i was advised. However when I went to pick them up I got two 1000W bulbs instead. At first I thought bonus.. but i am not wondering if this is...
I have about 60-70 goji seedlings now but since i planted the berries in the soil they are very close together where the berry was planted. When is the best time to seperate the seedlings. Did a google search of it and found nothing but companies selling goji cuttlings.
Not a bad idea. Would save me years of waiting but theres something about growing from seed that is so rewarding. No seedlings yet but its only been a week an d a half. Lots of strawberry seedlings and my first Goji came up overnight too
Does anyone know a website/company selling decently priced growing lights and fixtures that ship to/within Canada? I tried to get this today http://www.lightingwise.com/item.asp?PID=128&FID=16&level=1 but was quoted 100 dollers shipping for two pieces which is insane.
Thanks for putting some numbers out there. My main goal is to sustain all my larger plants in this new unit i am building. I am overwintering 9 plants 7 of which are showing signs of life. Considering the 3000 lumen bulbs cost 20 a piece and the clamps to hold them were 15 each as well it...

Thanks a lot for the source. I will buy from them. Never heard of Goji berries but the mrs did and wants some as well so ill get those! I tried searching blueberry seeds canada and found nothing more than pot websites lol
I am in Canada and am trying to find blue berry seeds. All I have found so far is seedman.com but I had very poor results with his pepper seeds. Does anyone know of any sites that ship international ?
I had the exact same results. Bought around 20 varieties last year and had maybe 5-8 germinate at all. I thought it was my fault and ended up trying again with seeds from pepperlover.com with much better results. Seedman has a great website with some really cool specialty seeds but I think...
Good point. I am always looking for unique peppers rather than the most flavorful. Sauga pepper I am in Brampton Ontario and always have an abundance of extra plants come planting time. Message me if you need any in the spring. Im planting approx 20 different varieties.
Put in my first Pepper Joe's order in today. Really looking forward to trying to grow the black jalapeno and Yatzy peppers! Also ordered some Myco Blast and Soil Blast to try out next summer.
So when is everyone planting their gardens this year :O this weekend is so tempting but I know its early for peppers. Perhaps good for some other veggies but not quite for peppers ..
Now one last concern. Should I seal the garbage bags out to keep the rain out? Or would that create issues since the microbes probably need air to circulate?
