If you like the Fatalli Fire, you really need to try his sauce called Scorch. I'm not as much of a fan of the fatalii pepper in some sauces, but I adore it as part of the Scorch sauce. Add in some red savinas and orange habs, and it makes for a pretty darn good sauce that has a bit of attitude...

Tabasco sauce is glorified vinegar with some pepper solids added in, and not all that spicy...even the habanero. The DEFCON products that are well known are wing sauces, not hot sauces, and have a different application. At least, I've not used them as hot sauces. They are definitely hotter...
