So it's been a week and my peppers have turned a full green color which is a good thing from what I have read. However, I haven't seen any bubbles forming. The mixture smells pleasantly sour but no bubbling. Is this an issue?

I had a plant last year that wouldn't produce around this time frame so I cut about 6 inches off the top and new shoots came out in no time and produced flowers...could've been dumb luck though. I am not suggesting this. I had plenty of other pepper plants so i didn't mind experimenting on 1. 

Well, I just finished putting the plants back in their allocated spots. Glad i took them indoors! we had branches down everywhere! the only thing that didn't survive was my cucumber trellis as expected. Cukes will have to roam the ground from here on out. 

I'm with you...I have 28 potted plants inside my shed now. It's calling for 2-7" of rain and gusts up to 75 mph tomorrow. I'm not taking any chances. I appreciate your input/advice.

I took your advice and pulling the fabrics pots up and took them into the shed. the roots are all small feeder roots so I would hope they could regrow easily after only being uprooted for a couple of days.

Progress Photo taken this morning. I decided to stake all of them up...if they keep growing this rapidly, they will require support.

Oh and something I have been doing is checking under the pots for earthworms and putting them in the pots as I find them. I did this last year and the plants/fruit was amazing!

I have only used Jobes tomato fertilizer (every 2 weeks about a handful at the base of each plant) and one helping of Epsom salt at the base of each plant.
