They are on a cayenne which is one of a few plants I didn't start. The plant has only been in the ground for a few weeks. It is growing well but I have just noticed these spots. They are limited mainly to the growing tips and not on all tips universally. The plant is doing well otherwise.

TLDR: Neutralise chloramine with Ascorbic acid addition at a rate of 25mg per gallon or 6mg per L. Marginally more accurate than guessing, results depend on the chloramine conc. of your water and the size of your bath tub.

Yip, it has been crazy hot and dry. I haven't watered the hot peppers since they went into the garden but some are looking a little dry so I hit them with my first batch of AACT. I am also going to put in a 200L and a 1000L rainwater containers, hopefully before it next rains.
