I have had winterpods with no or almost no heat. On plants that were plenty hot the summer before.

Nice One Nigel! Do you have facilities to caryotype a large/strong plant? This is going to be so awesome. Have you heard of others using colchicine on whole seeds? I thought it was normally done on cell cultures.

We could do a growdown like this, with most ripe pods instead of the tallest plant. All it would take is a lot of space and... and... I don't have a lot of space :banghead:

No problems here yet. 4/5 seeds had begun germinating after 4 days, but none are above soil yet. I'm expecting them any day now. I bought the seeds from semillas.de.
