    No problem Doc.   I also sometimes make Ajvar from what is locally available, but  Kapija is one of the most used varieties for making Ajvar in Eastern Europe. Generally speaking, all horn shaped peppers with thick and juicy flesh should be a good choice.   If you like, I can send you some seeds...
