either,i started plants inside my apartment in june they have never been outside

i just use the chili packets and add my hot sauce to my own bowl cause my girlfriend doesnt like it real hot

i just started growing peppers in june in my apartment under florecent lights and im just stating to get a few peppers growing ,i cant wait for 2012 grow season to have a big pepper patch for the first time,its a shorter season up here but if you get a head start indoors things grow pretty good!
