The seven pod looks nothing like a naga, i have some green ones in the tunnel at the mo, it looks more like a hab but with "pimples".
Naga morich and dorset naga are the same and bih/bhut are longer peppers, all can have very different heat it all depends how they are grown.
Hot Canuck, shipping is $10 from the UK but my jolokia sauce packs a punch with fantastic flavour. Infact i have some on eeeeeeebay with international postage options
They can be :onfire: i'm thinking of going around the pubs selling them, its a win win, people will buy more beer and i'm rich, maybe even franchise the idea ?
No its part of my new line ,my special reserve will be out later in the year, i did say 499 bottles but i now know thats too many to make with my time so it will be just 99 bottles one to keep and one to enjoy-nuts are selling fast at the markets.
cheers

My Thai sauce is my best seller by a long way, everybody who tastes it falls in love with it, i use the mighty cayenne for this.
Just launched our chilli mustard and chilli oil both fantastic and going well
Cheers THP,
its one of my milder ones, at the markets people like this sauce as it can be used on subs etc and can be used by everybody as it kicks but it doesn't blow your head off.
I will send you Woodys extreme sauce next week;)
Take care
Woody
Cheers all, thanks for your kind words, my sauces at present are mild, aimed at the masses in the street on the stall, i am working on my extreme range launching in june.
Rome wasn't built in a day:)
