Killed Wife's Strawberries, but Peppers doing Great!

Uh oh!  I'm in trouble now...   My wife was gone for a few weeks and when she returned she found her precious strawberries were basically dead, but my peppers were doing awesome!  I don't see the problem, but she does!    :snooty:  She said it's a good thing we don't have kids.  Oooh burn!

Would like to purchase fresh paprika peppers

If you are more specific about what you're looking for, we may be able to help you more easily.  How many?     Do you want a certain type of pepper such as Hungarian, Spanish, New Mexican, etc?  Paprika peppers are normally picked almost dry on the plant, so you'll have to find a source that...

    Please help identify this "reaper"

Those look like they are Moruga to me, but may have a little something else to them like Grover said above.   I grew some Morugas last year.  Here's some pics (Seed source was Chile Pepper Institute)

Life is like a box of chocolates...

These 2 peppers are from the same plant.   I only know these are F4 hybrids and the hottest I've encountered.  I know they were from some super-secret grow, but that's all I know.  Any ideas what they may be?

    Brazilian Ghost

The ones I have seen were brown.  I have tested these for heat and were about 1.5 million SHU, which is what promos, reaper, and morugas come in at.  In the top 10 hottest I've tested!

    Butch T?

After reading more threads in Pepper ID, I noticed there seems to be quite a few Butch-T confusions!  weird.  I guess that is a sign of the pepper getting to more people.  -Tom

It gets sun for about 8 hrs, from 9am to 5pm.  So, you're right that at least they get a break at the end of the day for the last couple of hours of sunlight. Butch T's:

Having them in these raised beds  is the main thing.  My potted plants look very sad and are half the size!  Otherwise I guess it's luck.

Hey everyone!   I saw that the Chile Pepper Institute here in Las Cruces, NM is growing wild pepper strains this year in a "small" garden.  Here is a link to their Facebook page and check out the drone video:   https://www.facebook.com/chilepepperinstitute/  ...

    Butch T?

That is weird that they look like the picture, which doesn't look like any Butch T picture!  I thought the same thing!     Oh well, another Bhut in the garden is cool with me.  The plant is healthy and the pods are out earlier than the seats I started.     Thanks everyone.

    Butch T?

Hi!  I bought this Butch T plant from a local nursery but the fruit don't look like any scorpion type I've seen.  They look like a ghost to me.  What do you all think?  Thanks for your responses!         And the first ripe one...
