New to Growing, Help me Choose!

Hot - Brown Moruga Hot - Red - 7 pot Primo Medium - Habanero Mild - Jalapeno Exotic- Ot Heim Not an exciting list, but good eaters. Except the Ot Heim, those are just fun. Their smokin hot, but look not so hot. Easier to get people to try then that way lol

I dont freeze mine either, I store them organized by heat and alphabet in coin envelopes, in a sports card binder... very good germ rates on my saves As for freezing, it is hard to say. They shipped fast (a buckeye plus) and arrived in about 2 days. If they froze it was on the shipping side if...

Yea, I suppose that could be the case. Although I don't know that that would do them in. As I understand it alot of people store their seeds in the freezer. It is Michigan winter, so its plenty cold enough.

    PH levels

I have read that water PH should range from 5.5-7 ... my tap water has a PH of 7.7 .. If I am going to PH down, I might as well aim for optimal. So my question is, what is the very best PH I can shoot for when watering my peppers? Grown in containers if it matters... Also, what is the best way...

    seeds Habs not germin.. Bummed

I appreciate the offer, but we will be ok. The fastest germs we got were from our saved seeds from last year. My goal is to get the varieties I like and just save my own seeds.. if I manage to get my orange habs up this season on my replant I will have pretty much everything. Probably 50% of my...

No, I waited and waited hoping they would come up. Today after work is when I finally gave up on them. I do not intend to contact them. I have no doubt they would "make it right" but it isnt necessary.. From all the positive feedback I have seen about them, I will order from them again. Maybe...

Initially I was very happy. My order was correct, shipped fast, good variety, and a free pack. Everything you could want in a seed company. Unfortunately, of the 24 plants I planted, the only varieties that didn't sprout were the Orange Habs and Scotch Bonnets I ordered from buckeye. My...

    seeds Habs not germin.. Bummed

Well, the plan this year was more habs, less supers.. Still have my Reapers, Brown Moruga, etc.. But my goal this year was more hab/bonnet. Ordered orange habs, mustard habs, peach habs, and scotch bonnets. Stoked, ready for another season. My 20ish varieties sprouted without a problem...

    Braided plants

I tried it last year, just twisting 2 plants together. I ended up having 2 small plants until I just cut one out. The remaining was hands down the smallest plant I had last season.. hope yours goes better

seeds Length of time to germinate?

In my few years growing it seems the hotter the pepper, the longer germination takes.
