    trade winds fruit claims to have them as does local harvest. refining fire chiles lists them but notes an out of stock. local harvest states they source them from refining fire.   if all else fails and you don't mind a canadian company halifaxseed.ca lists them on their site.   good luck.

    could it be your seedlings were not getting enough phosphorous? i use 10-52-10 fertilizer, bottom feeding. then watch for white fuzzy roots to protrude from the bottom of the container before i pot up. my containers also sit on a slotted surface to allow airflow under the container.
