aye i would think 1000w is used for big prductions and probaly the ilegal type of growing i dont no where abouts you are but here if you were useing thousands of watts of lights you would be found by the police chopper with a ir cam

yeh well the seedling have been under a 18w daylight tube up until now so im sure they will love the extra power

yeh its easy to work with and does not lose heat as fast as it does in a cupboard

i have sorted them out a bit and managed to put the bulb closer i am not sure how close its ment to be

yeh heat pad would be good or a heat bulb i would just go for a heat pad gl
