    hot-sauce " Betrayed" Hot Sauce

Recieved a bottle of the Betrayed from Kato's Saucehouse. It has a slow oncoming hab heat with a really good smoky flavor. What really impressed me was the thick chunky texture and you can actually see the pieces of chipotles. I need to stop eating raw fatalii's and cut back on the hab powders...

    hot-sauce 2Hot Rocoto Sauce

Picked this sauce up from Kato's Saucehouse online store. The 2hot rocoto is an import out of Peru, boasting major rocoto peppers and no vinegar for a good pepper taste. In sampling a spoonful, to me it has a 4 to 6 heat range that hit the back of my mouth with a early breaking of sweat on the...

recieved spicewine "Fire Good" fedex today, from the bottle, 1/2 tspn taste, tomato based sauce with a vinegar tinge that I like with a compliment of spice blend that's flavorful. I agree with kato this sauce hit my tongue first for a mild to med heat that leaves a tingle. Tried it on a soft...

hot-sauce La Anita Chile Habanero sauce

A friend of mine brought this back from Mexico for me. Had a good hab flavor and a puree type concistancy and would use on tacos, but there is obvious use of artificial coloring that doesn't appeal to me and I myself wouldn't stock up going south of the border. Marv

    Kato's Meaner Greener

I agree about the meaner greener, a very tasty green sauce with great concistancy and flavor with a good bite that keeps you coming back. I prefer it as a topping for tacos or burritos, but is good in soups and such for added kick. Marv

    Chile Pepper seeds

Jailbird & bubbaschili, I'll clarify my statement. In my region of Wi. you'd be lucky to get undesirable jalapenos and at $3.99 a LB might find some serranos or orange habs if your lucky, so if you want more hot or different varieties you have to grow them, then there's my season with a short...
