Thanks all. If I can keep everything outside (and productive) for another month I'll be happy. I'm still holding out hope for an indian summer. I'll definitely be able to get everything outside earlier next year which should translate into bigger plants. Man, I really feel for farmers now...

Success! I'm very pleased to have created my first sauce from peppers I grew myself. All those twisted, evil faces in the "decent Naga Morich harvest" thread are now a burning sweet/tart liquid with awesome flavor and searing heat. Its hot as hell! :hell:

I know. I count no less than 8 twisted, ghoulish faces in that batch. Its freakin me out. :shocked: My sauce will probably send people straight to hell :mouthonfire:

They definitely look like Naga Morich to me. They look exactly like mine. Why did you pick them green? Those look like they would have been fully ripe in another 5 or 6 days. Just got tired of waiting?

Should have about 30 peppers total by tonite. Its Narly Morich Sauce night tonite! Break out the gas masks its gonna be hard to breathe in my kitchen tonite!

The "Narly Morich" sounds more catchy :) Perhaps thats what I'll call my sauce. Narly Morich Sauce.
