You might have to just feel it out. Once they are big enough they handle hardening off better. Maybe even throw a little shade cloth over your greenhouse in the beginning to help them transition.

I started about 800 plants this year. All Superhots. I found heat mats critical but also found that using a temp controller with the heat pad is also critical. I use a Herpstat.

I blend them with vinegar and a bit of salt. Makes a great off season sauce that lasts til season starts again.

One of my favorites. Always very tasty and high heat that gets me in the zone. High quality genetics. Red or Chocolate are both amazing with a wide spectrum of flavor. Before growing these I was worried about them not being hot enough. They got some serious heat.

Nobody knows for sure but I believe that Trinidad created the original super hot and that Ghosts/Bhuts are definitely hybrids. You can almost see that they mixed in a Moruga type with a long pointy Indian Pepper at one point. I think the rounder brainstain style pods are closer to the original...
