Hi everyone.
It's been almost a year since I planted these 2 ghost pepper plants. One of them only started producing fruit recently. The other ones gave like 8 pods a few months ago and is producing more at the moment too.
My concerns:
1) both plants seem to have a very slow growing pace and...
I'm getting worried with the appearance of my seedling. Look at these brown spots, on the new leaves:

What do you guys think?
I've been trying to stabilize clay pebbles, that I pretend to use in a DWC setup and Autopots, for quite some time now and it's giving me A LOT of unexpected work. Let me explain why.
I picked 2 batches of clay pebbles and I'm trying to stabilize them like this:
1st batch - I rinsed them A...
Jeshwa, if I fill the DWC net pot with clay balls (to prevent light from reaching the reservoir too), the seedling's roots stay far from the water. How are you doing it? My net pot is quite big.
I'm using a 50-50 mixture of perlite and vermuculite but started the seed in jiffy.
'm not overwatering the seedling but try to keep the mixture moist.
I suspected of excess light and moved the seedling far from a 250W HPS (before it was ~30cm far from the lamp).
Hi all.
I'm wondering what happens if I keep my pepper plants all year long inside an indoor grow tent, with decent temperatures.
Will the plants keep producing while the temperature is ideal? Is it bad?
Cheers
Hi.
I just germinated a Jamaican Yellow a few weeks ago. The third set of leaves is starting to appear but the first set of leaves have some dark-black spots on them. Any clue what it might be?
I'm growing them in an indoor grow tent with temperatures above 70F/21ºC during the night and...
Hi.
It would be great to have your opinion on the healthiness of the pod below (specially because of that "dried skin" on the top of the pod). Also, the leaves are still curled and the temperatures are not as hot as they were weeks ago. Should I be adding any nutrient to help with the curling...
Great news - woke up this morning the see that the first pepper has taken off growing! :) It was a bit dark in the tent to see it clearly but it definitely looks like a c. chinense.
I've been hand pollinating in the last few days due to heavy flower dropping. That should have done the trick.
