Bhut orange Copenhagen has only one good looking seedling. One has warped cots and one is albino. Everything else looking good. 100% Germination rate on baccatum. The last few are hooking. Those baccatum seem to get leggy easier, I will try raise them a bit closer to the lights...

Not grown them yet myself, interesting to see how they do. They should do just fine.

came out great. sweet and very smokey. Have used it in soup/Japanese hotpot and it was great!  i want to try a superhot version, the smoke might take the edge off the characters of 7 pots (which i have lots of!) which i find overwhelming. i thought you started earlier than i in previous years...

I used vermiculite. I doubt it, perlite is porous and so pressure shouldn't build up inside it

microwaved in a tupaware box and dampened the soil before. heated it for a few minutes and took a thermometer reading, microwaved more if needed. let it cool a bit and transfered to the cups. didnt stink, its quite a pleasant smell. Autumn indoors

i mixed it myself.  It's a bark compost leaf mulch mix about 7 litres mixed with vermiculite 2.5 litres and peat moss 2 litres. Bit different to last year but im liking leaf mulch so far! I mixed and added stuff until i liked the ratio. The smell of leaf mulch in the germination box is nice...

Chocolate bhut are up Yellow Devils tongue has hooks too. Only Chinense not showing activity is jays red ghost Scorpion. I won't be surprised if it doesn't. I tried growing a few years ago and no Germination, perhaps based seeds.
