      when i grow pepper seedling indoor, i use aroma diffuser to raise humidity and repel bugs at the same time.   seedlings are super healthy.  they have beautiful leaves and grow very fast.

    let the pepper plants adapt to climate change. no need to replicate.   when i suggest many growers here to raise humidity.  they believe that humidity will kill pepper plant. some people said stupid advice.... LOL

      i don't agree with #3, #4, #9, #11   for the example, this pepper plant is in very small pot.  feed with a lot of nitrogen, water, ... it can set fruit without any problem.

    in your case, it's EASY.  just increase C / N ratio.     1. increase CARBON 2. reduce NITROGEN uptake.   there are so many ways to do this.     good luck.
