what makes you think it's a thrip?   are you in super hot and dry climate?  look at the white dot on your pepper leaves, most of the time it's whitefly and it can transmit more than one hundred virus species. 

  your pepper plant will drop all the leaves soon. when that happen, survival rate is under 20%.  do everything you can now. monitor the plant closely.

i grow coyote zan white too.  it takes a very long time to change from green to almost pure white.  

i grow sugar rush peach too. ;)     it set fruit on last month, now the pod is still green.   i didn't do anything with this pepper plant.   whitefly are welcome to eat this plant.      

lace caps will produce buds on old wood. plant it large enough location so the bush can grow to full size.  if you want to prune it, do it after bloom in summer.  it will develop bloom buds for next year in AUG-SEP.  don't prune in fall.  good luck  :party:

i slice meat, vegetable, fruits into very thin strips and then dehydrate using food dehydrator.   they will dry crisp.   after that, i use mortar and pestle to make powder. banana peel is my favorite.  :party:       shiitake mushroom is too expensive in my area.   

      this is why it shouldn't mess with this pepper plant.
