  Thanks Paul, I'm still a bit nervous about the coir plants since I haven't grown anything outdoors in a long time. Hopefully I'll be able to get the plants to fruit.   I feel a bit more comfortable with the Kratkys now since this is my third grow using that method. So far so good with those...

  Having to replace the tubes almost made me quit, since lighting is the most expensive part of (at least my) indoor grows. I don't have to replace 100% of the tubes every grow (8 tubes total), but I do have to have a 5-pack available because there will certainly be casualties during the season.

  I was going to ask about the bulbs you buy CD, since I haven't had an issue with light intensity from T5s even when the plants are a couple of inches from the fixture. I'm using the same lights you posted, but in the 2ft long version. So far so good...     In my experience, T5s last about 1...

I'm officially running out of space... The coco plants are getting real cozy under the 2 ft. t5 light fixture. Good thing is that some of those plants are going to be moving out soon, leaving me with a more manageable number of plants for the space I have indoors.   Here's one of the last pics...
