I always over-watered my first season and the leaves turned pale white green. Yours has some other issue, if any issue at all IMHO

been away for a year changing careers but kept 4 over- winters (a couple of winters) alive. Looks like all 4 will make it

As to your stunted plants, my plants got a late start last season and I had some say they wouldnt mature far enough to produce. They all ended up producing though

Last update of the season. Hottest pepper so far. Looks like a Red Douglah but that's not on !y grow list. I think it maybe a crossed Primo as its tiny. Only thing is, it doesn't have the tell tale tale...

red bhut plant:   Finally ate a JA Hot Chocolate ystrdy. Was hot but not as hot as the prolific plant w/ peppers all over it (top of post #37). The heat-level qualified as a superhot, thats for sure.   Harvested the prolific plant to make hot sauce ystrdy. Got 1/4 lb of peppers.    

looks like I found my Red Bhut plant as the label got lost. The phenotype looks right. They ripen from green, to orange, to red (see below). I'll know when I eat one because Bhuts have a particular taste like tobacco. What do you think?   might've also located my douglah although the two pods...

awesome harvest and the peppers look very healthy. I tried to grow a bonchie a couple seasons back but didn't do it right.
