Do you know what is causing the leaves to look deformed that way? I've got a handful of seedlings like that can't seem to figure out why

Hey all, I've noticed some of my seedlings (~1 month old) have some pretty deformed leaves, I've been battling fungus gnats could that be an issue or maybe too much fertilizer? They're all being grown by windows that get lots of sun everyday as well as being under aero garden lights.

So I wanted to bring this up again, I'm likely going to have a 36x36ft garden plot and was hoping someone could recommend a sprinkler that would cover this area. Every time I see a sprinkler that says it covers that area or larger, I read a review that said it's more like 25ft in diameter for...

ya I heavily watered with mosquito bits to try and kill off the gnat infestation Gonna let it dry a few days

Well it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one having this issue so I'm glad this has been helpful to other people as well. I posted some pictures of the leaves check them out and see if you had similar looking issues with your leaves

Hey Tristan, I'm using coir however I have a quite large container for my tomato plant which has already produced some fruit this Winter and that container is full of pretty poor quality soil. That is where the problem started. Check out these pictures and see if the leaves look like yours did.

Yes I have noticed stunted growth as well as a few seedlings have somewhat deformed leaves. I'll try and get a picture tonight.

Then treat the soil or spoon them all out?..

Hopefully my mosquito bits gets here soon so I can start eradicating them! Going to do a low dose treatment of H2O2 tonight as someone else suggested.

There's just honestly so many of them, and do the larvae only eat dead roots? I should be getting my mosquito bits to try soon as well.

Honestly I just didn't think about it. I have gone back on each cup and poked 15-20 holes around the side at the bottom as well as about 8 holes on the very bottom of each cup as well. Let's hope that will be sufficient.
