Good idea! Can it include chipmunk? What about roadkill....though I'll bet some of the southerners have done that already :woohoo:

review "Z-nothing beyond" - informal review/opinion of a wicked sauce.

Thanks for the tip on the Holy Jolokia - haven't tried it yet but I'll pick up a bottle next time I buy online. With some of these extreme sauces the whole thing has gotten kinda silly. It's turned into a bit of a p*****g contest where some companies look to gain credibility by cranking out...

What am i doing wrong with my tolerance?

Darn it. Those things seem to start around $1000 usd. That would never slip under the wife's low level radar :( I'm thinking of how to make one....perhaps standing the gas grill on it's side and adding a rotisserie attachment  Damn this website for messing me up :)

What am i doing wrong with my tolerance?

I'd sooner eat good street food than dine at a mediocre restaurant any day of the week. (and most restaurants over here are mediocre only on a good day)

What am i doing wrong with my tolerance?

Sounds deelish.....reminds me a little bit of a donner kebab....similar process for grilling the meat and all. [takes me back 30 yrs..... out on the town with me mates, dozen pints of bitter then stop off at the kebab house on the way home.........woke up with one of those in bed with me more...

What am i doing wrong with my tolerance?

Arijer - I had the same question a while back. I used to buy a lot of store orange Habs 'cos they were and still are the hottest pepper I can buy at my local stores. I could pop them whole and munch them down without too much discomfort. Then a young Mexican chef at a local eatery hooked me up...

The "hottie" pepper...what is it, exactly?

Yes they do look huge, or Impy has very dainty hands :) (notice I said dainty and not small.....I learned this new technique after calling my sister-in-law short!) There's no way my little 'Hotties' can be the same type of pepper as those huge things.

The "hottie" pepper...what is it, exactly?

The store bought habs I pickup in the off season are quite small, about the same size as these 'Hotties'. Someone had mentioned in a post that these Hotties grow quite large....I'm not really seeing that so I'm wondering if the term 'Hottie' is perhaps just used as a generic term from the many...

The "hottie" pepper...what is it, exactly?

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I was Googling 'Hotties' and I found my way back home !! (I was looking for peppers, honest) Anyway, I too picked up several plants from a local nursery labeled 'Hotties', and described as 'blistering hot'. Here's a pic - The problem is, Impy described...
