    coco is fine for seedlings but you need to move them into real dirt or add some organic material to it when they get bigger since it has no nutrients, unless you're gonna grow hydroponically then keep going with the coco

    you don't need to add more, it's one time use, they live off the plant's roots

      it's best if you just add it at the very end, the spores degrade in water pretty fast and your tea might have trichoderma that eat the myco so if you put it at the start of the tea you won't get much myco

    It's the complete opposite for me, I've eaten a whole red savina before and they're only supposed to be 500k ish, but that pepper was way hotter than the 7 pot hot sauce I had a spoonful of. Heat dissipates the capsaicin though so commercial sauces can't be as hot as fresh salsa-like sauces...
