i left some mature so long they started to looked like urs. pulled some red ones and left them on table 2 days later they started drying out as in ur pic. i now take them off when they green or as soon as they turn red

 

Dont know what they are called in english but here we know them as trompo. Very fruity n sweet at first n heat starts building. I have a plant i will take some pictures tomorrow so u can compare

I have several black pearls n they look identical to urs.

That is called del monte around here. It is considered a tepin but tepins are alot more rounder n hotter

When green do they turn purple slightly with sun?

Anyone seen or heard of them. Its bell peppers that are perfectly squared n grow that way without any molds. Seems hard to believe but u never know thought i might ask here

how often do you water it and is it indoors or out?

have always visited this page as a guest and decided to become a member. im from south texas and started growing peppers last year. it all started with some jalapeno seeds i got at my local walmart and had too many didnt know what to do so i started giving them away. kind of missed the feeling...

i bought the plant and seller says its called japones pepper been doing some digging and havent found much info on it. the only japones pepper is the santaka pepper and they dont look alike.  they ripped to red and are bigger and fatter than a piquin. the plant does have a fuzzy look to it.    ...
