Hang in there, bro.  I had similar slow growth when I transplanted my seedlings.  Maybe fertilize once a week?

Inspired by the good folks here using General Hydroponics Flora Bloom, I've started using that as the weekend feed at a rate of 2tsp/gallon.   Had a few small ripe pods this week from the yellow 7 pot.  Hoping they'll increase in size soon!    Also might have to spread the pots out a little more...

  That's good to know, as I have a couple of the reapers from them.  Hopefully they are true like yours.

Good to see another 'pots n all' grower.    You seem to have the same purple stems on your carolina reaper that mine have.  After a little research (very little), I think that's ok.

Weekend update.  The smaller plants are starting to form buds.  The overwintered 7 pots have a few pods on them, with the pink cultivar (doesn't look that pink to me) providing a few small ripe pods so far.    

  Yeah, they have grown a bit since the last update.  I'm now feeding each alternate weekend with half strength Aquasol or with normal strength magnesium sulphate.  Hopefully, they'll respond better than the previous possible over-fertilization.

New year update.  I've re-organized the container layout because the overwinters are taking up a bit of space now:  

First ripe chinense of the season from the overwintered Chilli Trinidad 7-Pod Pink:     Only a tiny pod at around 1cm, but so good to bite into that fruity chinense flavour :)

How are you plants looking after the warm couple of days here in Melbourne?

It's been a hot week.  Last weekend I went a bit overboard with the Aquasol and magnesium sulphate fertilizers and it looks like a few of the smaller plants got some leaf burn as a result.  This week I'll start a regime of one weekend water, the next weekend, half ferts.  You live and learn.  

That was fun.  Don't think I'd like to eat that many hot chillies in one sitting.

  Growth has definitely been a little disappointing so far, but I think this last week they've started to hit their stride.   Mulch went straight over the top of the fertilizer pellets.   All the new seedlings wilted on a 30 deg C plus day a few weeks ago and I gave them a little bit of water to...

Weekend update photo from this morning.  The main vegie patch is doing well, so many dwarf beans.  

Nice.  I did this a couple of years ago with a yellow bhut, but left the pod in the bottle for months.  Each month, I'd take a shot and I'm sure it got hotter each time :)
