I dry mine out on paper towel for a few days and then put them in a bag. Plastic probably isnt the best thing to keep them in but I have had seeds last for several years in plastic bags. Most commercial seed vendors sell their seeds in paper sleeves/envelopes. Either way, keep them cool and dry...

Just curious, why dont you want to deal with PayPal? If they send you say, 20 bucks PayPal charges you 80 cents. There is no charge If they send it friends and family.

100% sure its an Annuum

I got the seeds for this pepper from Baker Creek. They were supposed to be Datil, but like all of the others that I bought from them, not only were they not what I ordered, they are not even a chinense variety, but some type of Annuum. You cant tell from the pic, but they are actually bright...

What are you feeding them and how often? They just look like they need a little Nitrogen to me. Wouldnt hurt to give them larger pots and some fresh soil.
