    Bhut update 2.ohhhh

Very nice looking plants. How warm of an area are you keeping them in? I was not able to get my bhuts to set pods indoors, the flowers would just fall off, outside I have sooooo many pods I cant count them all.

    It's happening finally

I have yellow bhuts and it is odd that if I pick them just as they start to turn and let the turn inside they are yellow, if they turn outisde they are more orangish, dont know why. Nice looking plants :D

    Ghost pepper leaves are shrinking

No, you should be fine if you keep them watered and the temp comes down. My ghost plants did this too last week when the temp was in the mid 90's. Now that the temps have fallen over the last couple days to the low 80's they have recovered and look good again. Too hot and alot of pepper plants...

Worms in my pots, I've got worms in my pots!

Being in south Florida, I wonder how much salt is in your rain, too much salt in the soil will stunt growth. One thing you can do to make them nice and green and give them a growth spurt is give them some Fish Emulsion. You can get it at most garden centers. Lowes has it for around $8/quart bottle.

seeds Ebay seeds "Bhut Jolokia" Grow, start to finish.

UH, I think potting both up in 1 container is ok, as long as they are "dainty" plants and the the container is large enough, I grew 3 tobasco plants in a 3.5 gallon pot last year and they did ok, this method is also known as clumping. As big as Bhuts can get I dont think its a good idea...

    Tailed Douglah

I will keep the seeds from that pod in a seperate baggie for next year, just to see, but yeah, it would be a wicked cross, isnt there already a brown scorpion?

    Tailed Douglah

I grew out 6 Douglah plants from seeds I saved from a plant I grew last year. The plant the seeds came from was nowhere near the Trinidad Scorpion plants I grew last year, but guess what? I have a tailed Douglah. Only 1 on the plant out of 13 pods has a tail. Is this a cross or a mutation or...

    Trinidad Scorpion Theory...

Ok so I read somewhere last year that if you save seeds from Trinidad Scorpion seeds that have a nice tail on them you will get plants the next year that produce tails and if you save seeds from pods that dont have much of a tail you wont get tails on the next plant's pods. Is this a good...
