What is the liquid inside my peach ghosts

The dried peppers have alot of oil in them, I have been making chilli powder with all my dried Peach ghosts. If I use these peppers will the oil mess up the powder? Like making it clump together?

I just tried some, it tastes exactly like a bell pepper but not as sweet and it has a nice heat to it, it was mostly burning at the back of my mouth and throat.
