Ground beef with hot Herdez salsa, fresh jalapenos and fresh habaneros all cooked together, pepper jack cheese, and Warrant Man Homicide sauce.
Today we will be smoking up pork loin. One will be traditional chilli pepper, paprika, garlic, salt, black pepper, and a touch of old bay.
The other has a lighter rub of the above, then a grand treatment of Warrant-man's Arson rub. Thanks Reggie!

Lemon Drop, Red pumpkin habanero with pods already. Sprouts are getting there. A bit of transplanting just because I am anxious.
February 22 update. Things are going slow, but in the right direction. I lost two over-winters, one red bhut, and the gold habanero/SB mystery plant. Everything else seems to have turned the corner. On the sprout side indoors, lost the brain strain variety I had. Only one sprout.
