Well for me I had a "hoop house" that I built so that I could control the watering.  It worked in that respect, but I think it also cut down the amount of light getting to my plants.  I can't say for sure as this was the first year of the new soil. Next year the hoop won't be up all summer.  ...

150W LED should be fine in that tent you have.  Maybe drop the lights lower and closer to the plants.  Watch out for those plants in the dome though.  They'll be cooked by tomorrow !   UK is getting into the winter cycle so you should have some nice cool air to feed into the tent.  Use a fan and...
