  I have a question about this 2nd thought: I have some breathable plastic grow bags, should I be concerned with root cooking on these as well? I plan on shade clothing or putting them in shade when it gets really hot. What's your advice?

With white fuzz mold, i've heard it's harmless and you can combat it 2 ways.    Scrape it off gently   or   spray with a weak chamomile tea brew. I love the Burpee Seed Starter mix. It drains really well. 

  I heard that decreasing their water and sun occasionally adds to the heat of the pepper. So, this would be a good thing that's happening in your picture yes? Do you agree with that assessment?
