those are  pasilla , they're ok fresh. I have some dried I need to grind and see if they're any better.     thanks for all the compliments guys!   its been an interesting year. glad to say the plants decided to go out with a bang.     I need to find the pics that have the big red rocoto plant...

doing my best to encourage their production. :cool:   I'm hoping the weather holds. last few years I was pulling pods till November. 

it definitely looks that way. last year I got all the same shape and color as I'm getting this year.  noticed yesterday I have several more I need to pick.

picked some more this weekend.                   looks like my white ghost will be a peach?     reapers are moving along. pods will be ready soon.        

incredible pod production! I hope they all ripen in time.     between the hot spell in july and then the tropical storm come through my plants just aren't as happy as in years past.

I got some seeds to try and grow next season. I hope it does as well as yours.  id love to see some white jalapenos!!!   thanks!  some of is starting to come along. crossing my fingers they produce before the coming frost in November.
