damn, I was looking around Walmart for another fan to stick in the top corner on my grow room to try to get the heat from the top part circulated down to the floor, but anyways the buckets are just under $3 here... stupid CT lol

oh ok, so their scale is based off of the amount of capsaicin per mass of pepper (dried). that makes sense.. because I was thinking before that it was strange if they did it per pod.. it would make sense.. but then obviously bigger pods would have more capsaicin than a smaller pod of that type...

^ yeah, that's why I was curious as to his choice with going with the 4,100k tubes.. unless he can't get 6,500k and 2,700k tubes there, which is kind of unlikely

yeah, and it really depends on the quality and quantity of light.. don't want too much light I find.. but most people have to worry about not enough light.. my plants after a couple weeks have only grown like 1-2cm or so, but they have a couple sets of leaves on them.. using a couple 6,500k CFLs

why the change when going from regular flouros. to CFLs? I can't remember but I know that regular tubes don't have "broken" spectrum as much.. or not really spectrum but since it is a tube, the light is more evenly distributed.. but I don't think that really has much to do with the spectrum so...

hmm, it says on there that dried peppers are 2-10x hotter than fresh peppers.... that just doesn't make sense to me, but yeah I can't wait to try my tepins, I didn't realize how big they got, so I now i have.. I think 6 plants for tepins lol, going to have a crap load of little tiny seeds...

lol that's pretty funny, although I believe it would only worth it if vendors had stickers.. ,that's about the only thing I see companies giving away readily..anything more than that.. and it's not worth it (for the vendors) unless your famous or something hahah

yeah really, CA should have tons of hydro and plant shops.. in CT we have a few but they don't sell nursery pots, I just had to scavenge a few old nursery pots (like a total of 10 in different sizes) for free, and they have the basic generic stuff.. but it's just an Agway.. it would be cool...
