I can dig it. That tortillllla looks to be manly sized based on my perspective of the pics. I think the meat and cheese ratio outweighs the lettuce so it's all good. Well done!

This will not compare to the awesomeness that Buddy posted above, God those look good, but I had tacos and took pics so here they are. Just your standard with some cholula and hellacious hot sauce mixed into the meat. Oh, and some queso for good measure, and a beer!

I like this mantra. I just made chili this past weekend but I'm thinking I'll be in for this. I'm going to make it like I enjoy it, and try to use the cornbread piece as a way to make it unique.

What did you end up getting from the SRF sale? Or are you keeping it on the down low?

This isn't my best effort but it is leftovers, and I won't hashtag anything so maybe I can at least get a like from Scovie :). I had some leftover pulled chicken from the crockpot :gasp: that I added some taco seasoning too. Topped with cheese, some lettuce, and hot sauce. It ain't pretty but it...

Great thread....I love chili and make it often and many different ways. Now that Scovie made this thread I figure I'd contribute. Although controversial, I like mine with beans. :) It was cold and damp here in O-H-I-O today, so chili hit the spot. I typically always start with the same base...

I foresee some good grub coming out of that beast!
