chinense DNA tests that proved reaper= primo?

I have grown both the past few years and have tried samples of both from different growers. They are nearly impossible to tell apart by visual appearance. The ones I grew I can tell apart by taste, but the differences can be subtle. It also seems the primo sometimes has a thicker wall, but that...

wanted Looking for a few seeds from true mustard colored pods

I have a 7 pot mustard, originally sourced from Wicked Mike. You are welcome to some if you want them. I was impressed with this pepper, very tasty and surprisingly hot. It made a wonderful powder as well!

    chinense Habanero Zavory?

I have not tried the varieties you listed, but one low heat pepper that I really like is the Venezuelan Tiger, a red chinense with a wonderful flavor and almost no heat. I like it much better than the Zavory. Although not chinense, I also like Rainforest and Bolsa de Dulce. This year I'm growing...

    chinense Habanero Zavory?

I liked the flavor of them. They pretty much taste like a red hab without the heat.   I remember reading somewhere that they are just an Aji Dulce renamed by Burpee.

    True mustard color pods

2 summers ago tried some 7 Pot mustard pods from Wicked Mike. Those were really very good flavored and surprisingly hot.   Tried a few mustard lava pods last year and wasn't impressed, they did not live up to their name... not very hot and flavor seemed off.   Seems like there are more mustards...

    chinense Habanero Zavory?

I think he wrote 50,000-100,000. UK uses a period instead of a comma. Which would make them rather hot, not mild. I grew them in 2013 and 2014. They are very mild with very little noticeable heat. Some pods had more kick than others, but overall they have much less heat than jalapeños.

    Brown moruga cross??

I believe the brown moruga is already a cross: 7 Pot Brown x TSMB. Last year I crossed the BM into a Primo and am growing the F1 seeds this year... keeping my fingers crossed that it really is a cross, otherwise I will have some more Primo plants.

Sinus/pain relief when flying - peppers

I to have this issue when flying. The first time it happened I was a mess upon landing. You describe it well, and the descent is the worst. I have not had this happen for at least a year... and now I know why... increased use of hot peppers. I travel with a small test tube of super hot powder...

    chinense Chocolate Reaper

I had one chocolate reaper plant last year... it was in a battle with aphids and white flies and in the end only produced 3 pods. Here is the only pod that grew a tail. The other pods were similar, just without much of a tail. The seeds were from Bakers. I'm not sure what the light brown...

frutescens "Chunpepe" a delicious wild C.frutescens from Honduras

You may be right about it being a cross. Size was between 1-2 inches. It looks fatter than then ones in Nigel's video. It was a very good tasting pepper and had some nice heat. Flavor wise, it was different than the chinenses I grew, but it still could have crossed.

frutescens "Chunpepe" a delicious wild C.frutescens from Honduras

Can you tell by a photo if they were crossed? This is what I grew last year. Seeds were donated by Ryan Dulac at the end of 2014. These pods were pretty hot and had a nice flavor. This is the first frutescens I have tried raw, so I have little to compare to and can in no way distinguish if this...

    Peach Congo (PL)

I had some of Judy's congo yellow fresh pods in 2014. They were very hot, hotter than a hab, and had a nice clean flavor. The powder made from them was also very good!

    Orange Thai Seed

I'm interested in the large orange thai. Read some comments last year that they are similar to the aji amarillo except way more productive. I was greatly disappointed with my amarillos last year. Grew the small orange thai from Chris last year and they really are a fantastic little pepper with a...

wanted Looking for Savannah 7 pod seeds

I remember reading somewhere that the round pheno became more elongated once the plant was transplanted into a larger pot so the plant could get bigger.   I have grown the Savannah for the past 2 years. The seeds were sourced from a member here who got them from Standbyandfire.   I have seeds to...

    hybrid * * Show off your Crosses & Off pheno's of 2015 * *

Wow Ryan, those are awesome!!! I need to hit you up for more of those seeds... I had bad luck this year with many of my plants. The one standout from your creations was a 7JPN x Moruga (what a beautiful plant that was, and the pods were very tasty and had some nice heat).
