There's a sriracha documentary bit on Amazon Prime streaming. It's worth watching. Pretty good American Dream story about how the sriracha guy built his business.

Take seeds out if you wish, put in plastic freezer ziplock, and freeze. You can definitely dehydrate from frozen.

Well, I emailed the property manager to skip our place when they spray the grounds. It's not a HOA or anything, so I don't think it should be an issue going forward. Chalk it up to a learning experience.

I live in a home I don't own, and the lawn is contracted to get sprayed. Did check and double check for mites, without seeing one.

Tried removing most of the distorted growth. Will see what happens. Thanks for the tips.
