just put this baby on tap. Maibock about 6.5% ABV, malty, slightly hoppy initially but malt shines through in the end. Clean, sweet but ballancing biterness cuts it to stop it being cloying. Its truly a summer bock. Big, bold, and dangerously drinkable! Awsome! Just filtered 50 liters...

Filtered it, gassed it and poured it. Ohhhhhhhh WOW! 7% Maibock made with premium german pilsner malt and new season german hops (saphire and hallertau) cold conditioned at 2 deg for over 2 months. Oh WOW. :P Its nice. Will filter the 50 liters of porter tomorrow night. cheers

One fitting leaked cause i didnt put enough thread tape on it. Its fixed now! Im also dropping the idea of the salt and will look into some food grade Glycol to prevent corrosion. cheers

Thanks........ and believe me...... there only just starting! come march, these things are going to be monsters. The 7 Pot has hundreds of flowers on it and its only about 1/10th the size it was when i cut it back. God knows how big it will get. I potted up most of my little plants...
