glog Sawyer '16 - Memorial Day update

Wow John! Cranking away on the flat sowing! I was not planning on growing much of anything until Jason (GA Growhead) sent me some seed crosses he has got going. I've got 25 plants total with a late start. I germinated in late February and trying to get some size before missing the usual...

    glog Justaguy's 2016 Garden Season

Hi Brian,    I understand about the seed germ fail bummer.  After a couple years of unenthusiastic season starting, I find myself relearning a few things.  I'm not doing much this year and starting later than ideal.  I still feel the spark of motivation when the hooks do arrive, and doctor those...

Hi TC, Glad to see you trying out the EOB. I hope you find it satisfying. It is not something I created, simply a natural cross that found its way to me via fresh Douglah pods back in 2010. I grew it for 3 season's before sharing with others. The Mustard variant did not show up until the...

Jim, glad to see you have some pods!    The BOC, EOB, and the Tobago all look correct.  The red pod with the pointy tip is what I refferred to as the Naga like pods in my pm's to you.  They were supposed to have been MOA's, and 3 out of 4 were.  This one was very productive so I sent them to you...

Jim, Not sure what that first one (called Naga) is? Not really like the Tobago's I grow either. The P. Lisa will not be very hot, but good mild flavor. Everything looks great! Will be watching for ripening's and tastes.
