I like the tasmanian black... grew it a couple of seasons ago. I can't remember how well it went but it is a beautiful variety.

Maybe the seedlings are vegetarians? 🤔 :seeya:

After topping, I usually wait until side shoots start forming. I then remove all leaves (except those from the forming shoots of course 🙂).
